3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by awesom.in remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in individual project agreements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Revisions and Changes
Minor revisions are included in our project quotes. Major changes or scope modifications may require additional fees and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep all project information confidential. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
awesom.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
awesom.in reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction where awesom.in operates.
